We can enjoy the beautiful sight of the natural flowers blooming right in your cup. While most common teas grind and chop the natural plants and herbs that go into them, we like to keep things natural to enjoy the full effect of nature's beauty in our teas.

Chrysanthemum tea is said to have a host of health benefits, and it has definitely become a go-to when I’m feeling under the weather. It may help you reduce inflammation, serve as a good source of vitamins A and C, and lower blood pressure and cholesterol.
In particular, inflammation is a huge culprit of a lot of the standard ailments I deal with in my day-to-day––ranging from minor annoyance to full-on conditions that take me out of the game for a few days.
💮 How To Prepare A Flowering Tea
Simply place you natural dried flower in your cup, pour hot water over (making sure to cover the flowers), and let steep for a few minutes. Alternatively, you could place them directly in a kettle while boiling the water and carefully remove them to place in your cup when you are ready to drink.
